Cadence Partners is an industrial development company headquartered in downtown Orlando. Cadence Partners has developed over 1.9 Million square feet of industrial real estate in the state of Florida over the past 3 years. Currently, Cadence Partners has several industrial projects in development throughout Florida, including the 180,800 sf Hialeah Gardens Turnpike Center in South Florida and the 190,000 sf Western Beltway Park in central Florida. In 2021, Cadence is developing three projects in South Florida and six projects in central Florida. Cadence recently closed on 53 acres in Apopka, Florida for the development of the Northstar Logistics Center which will total approximately 760,000 sf and recently closed on 7.1 acres of land in the City of Hollywood for the development an approximately 100,000 sf infill distribution building that is one block off of I-95.

Todd Watson
Todd Watson founded Cadence Partners in May 2018 to develop industrial buildings throughout Florida. Todd has over 20 years of experience in both industrial and office development and acquisition. As principal of Cadence Partners, LLC, Todd is partnering with several large funds, REITs and private equity groups to develop and acquire industrial assets in both Central and South Florida, primarily focusing on ground up industrial development, including current development of approximately 470,800 sf in South Florida and 1.35M sf of development in central Florida. Prior to Cadence Partners, Todd was with DCT Industrial (NYSE:DCT) from 2010-2018 and oversaw the Florida market team. While at DCT, Todd oversaw the acquisition of of over 750,000 sf and development of 1.4MSF of new development, including Phase I & II of DCT Commerce Center in Miami, FL. Prior to DCT, Todd oversaw leasing and development with Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY). Todd received his J.D. from the University of Florida and B.S. from Florida State.
