Jeff Lucas, Central Florida Development, serves as Immediate Past Chair of the Plant City EDC.

CFD is currently developing business parks along Florida’s bustling I-4 corridor, conveniently located within 30 minutes of both Tampa and Orlando. Our land holdings include office, industrial, and hotel/restaurant sites adjacent to, or close to, Interstate 4. This enviable location allows our customers to reach Miami in three hours and Atlanta in six hours. Our sites are available for build-to-suit projects and can accommodate up to 1.6 million SF on a single site. CFD has plans to continue growing its portfolio in Central Florida, capitalizing on the area’s superior location, excellent transportation infrastructure, population growth, quality of life, and pro-business attitude.
